There is one problem with this recipe. When it comes out of the oven and it’s warm and yummy-smelling and you’re hungry and you love bananas and you’re by yourself, don’t make this. You might as well throw all caution out the door. Bye bye willpower.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium very ripe bananas
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose or almond or any flour you prefer
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- Add the butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Add these dry ingredients into the banana bowl and mix well with a fork.
- Butter a bread pan.
- Pour in the batter.
- Bake 45 min.
